In October 2023, Malmeken AB acquired 47.5% of the shares in Juteborg Sweden AB, which means that Malmeken AB now owns 100% of the shares in Juteborg Sweden AB. Else-Marie Malmek has since the foundation of the company in 2013 been the chairwomen of the board. The former CEO and co-founder resigned in 2022. In connection with the acquisition of the shares, Else-Marie Malmek took over as CEO.
